Elite Extreme - No response to emails re missing item
I ordered a cellphone skin & clip hanger on November 18, 2010.Clip hanger arrived a week later, note inside package said that the skin was backordered.
I contacted them 4 weeks later via email, no response. Again the following week, no response. Finally on Jan 8/10 I called (not a toll-free number). Put on hold a long time after I stated my issue.
Woman came back on the line and said item would be shipped that day. I asked why my emails had received no response. She said their email peson as been sick. I asked if he had been sick for 5 weeks.
She said he'd been sick for one week and had no explanation to lack of response.Apparently if I hadn't called, it would never have been shipped.
Monetary Loss: $10.
